Join us for our second offering of The Artist’s Way, a 3-month immersion intended to breakthrough creative blockages and instill a heightened sense of freedom and joy in all that we do. Over the course of 12 weeks participants will complete The Artist's Way program, regularly practice yoga, and develop strong bonds with like-minded individuals through authentic conversation, humor, and peer support. No previous yoga experience is required and you don’t have to be an “artist”.
This experience is for anybody that wants to foster more joy & creativity in their lives.
The Artist’s Way

3 hours / week of group meeting time

The Artist’s Way
The Artist's Way: A Spiritual Path To Higher Creativity is a book by author Julia Cameron. The book was written to help people with artistic creative recovery, which teaches techniques and exercises to assist people in gaining self-confidence in harnessing their creative talents and skills. The author highlights a connection between creativity and a spiritual connection with a higher power as a cornerstone of engaging with our inherent creativity. We need not be traditional artists - musicians, painters, writers, etc. - to be creative and to benefit from this book. Creativity is our nature and inherent in all that we do, no matter our chosen profession or path in life.
Yoga
Participants will have access to unlimited yoga throughout the duration of the program. Classes will be offered daily at 6:30pm during the week and at 9:00am on Saturdays. For those who are beginners, please email Sean at swan@swansnestyoga.club to set-up a proper level of yoga practice during the program.
