March 2020

Integrative Energy Healing

March 7, 14, 21, 28
11:00am - 1:00pm

Facilitator: Samantha Wilensky

Samantha’s practice of Integrative Energy Healing seeks to help identify the origin of repeating patterns and stories and unresolved emotional or physical wounding - all of the things that seem to persistently disrupt life in the present “no matter what you try.” Often, events that happened long ago (usually in childhood) are the source of our current struggles and old patterns will continue to play out until we’ve healed the source of the wound and cleared the blocked energy. With understanding of where these patterns came from and why they have persisted, we can shatter and heal what is limiting, and from an empowered place create a new expansive way of living. Rooted in the philosophy that mind, body, emotion and spirit are one unified ecosystem, and that what affects one element affects all of the others, we look at all pieces of the puzzle to heal as a whole.
